Unforgettable Corporate Team-Building Weekends and Bonding Days
Whatever your organisation, its success will heavily depend on staff working effectively together as a team.
The team-building package activities we use are tried and tested and we receive positive feedback from clients. You will arrive as a group of colleagues and leave as a fully functional team, and will hopefully have learnt something positive about yourselves and others in your group.
We have designed the courses and activities with a huge emphasis on fun ! Participants will develop skills in the areas of communication, teamwork, co-operation, balance, moral, strategic and methodical thinking, risk, trust and motivation. Your staff are constantly monitored by our staff and we can also provide digital photos of the whole course for the office wall !
We can comfortably cater from 2 - 120 people, and can provide facilities for meetings, conferences and de-briefs.
The beauty of Wales provides the perfect back-drop for our exercises, imagine team-building in a National Park!

A popular package is a half-day Team Day combined with 1 or 2 of the other activities listed on the main page e.g. Coasteering (with optional cliff jumps), Paintball, Gorge Walking, Rock Abseiling, High Ropes and Assault Course.

Based in a beautiful and peaceful lake side rural environment we set-up fun mental and physical activities to take the group through the day. Half day and full day challenges can be offered in North & South Wales.
After a de-briefing we take on games including: Woodland Orienteering, Blindfold Tent Erection, A-frame Bridge Design, Spiders-Web, Design, Build & Race A Raft, Stretcher Build & Carry, Bigfoot Board Walk and Stump Jumping.
