Whatever your organisation, its success will heavily depend on staff working effectively together as a team. The team-building package activities we use are tried and tested and we receive positive feedback from clients. You will arrive as a group of colleagues and leave as a fully functional team, and will hopefully have learnt something positive about yourselves and others in your group. We have designed the courses and activities with a huge emphasis on fun! Participants will develop skills in the areas of communication, teamwork, co-operation, balance, moral, strategic and methodical thinking, risk, trust and motivation. Your staff are constantly monitored by our staff and we can also provide digital photos of the whole course for the office wall! We can comfortably cater from 1-250 people, and can provide facilities for meetings, conferences and de-briefs. The beauty of Wales provides the perfect back-drop for our exercises, imagine team-building in a National Park! I meant to drop you a mail sooner – just wanted to say we had a
great weekend in South Wales (coastering, kayaking & quad
biking) we didn’t stop laughing all weekend. We’ll be contacting

I just wanted to let
you know what a great time my colleagues and I had on Friday raft
building! It was really good fun and we all enjoyed ourselves (even
if we did get a little wet!!) I have attached a photo of us all with

a quick mail to thank you and your contacts for an outstanding
weekend. There was nothing we could fault, except that last bad pint
I had in Carmarthen that made me ill ;-) The rafting was outstanding
and the welcome we received from the shooting people was brilliant.
We will no doubt be up for another weekend in the new year to blast
