Once we receive your non-refundable booking deposit, we will reserve our accommodation and staff for your chosen dates and send you a detailed itinerary with directions and kit list, together with details of how to pay the remaining balance due for your weekend.

If you are suspected of having consumed alcohol before an activity then your session may be cancelled and no refund will be given.

Although staff are very safety conscious and have adequate public liability insurance, we advise that you have adequate adventure travel insurance before the trip.

In the event of unsuitable weather conditions your activity may have to be substituted with another, although this is generally unlikely.
